Anniversary Celebrations

Crail Golfing Society, founded in 1786, is the 7th oldest club in Scotland. The exhibition details the Society's , its first course at Sauchope, which is now part of the caravan site, the move to a new 8 hole course at Balcomie and its subsequent growth to an eighteen hole course.

The Ladies' Golf Club was formed in 1901.

There are displays of the 150th anniversary celebrations held in 1936 and the 200th anniversary celerations in 1986.
