This exhibition will be replaced in 2020 by "From Ship to Shore".

Crail Mural Tombs

Crail Kirkyard has a significant number of Mural Monuments, 20 in total, whereas most other Kirkyards in Scotland would have only one or two.  This reflects how affluent a trading town Crail was in earlier centuries.

Golfing in Crail

The exhibition follows the roots of golfing in Crail from the early Dutch traders, Sauchope Links, Balcomie Links, Crail Golfing Society, East Neuk o’ Fife Golf Club and the Tom Morris connection.
